ChineseHealthFitness Posted 8/23/2010	Some other little known methods that can be used right now are "Oil Pulling" where you simply use a natural oil such as Olive, Sesame or Neem seed oil, swish the oil around the mouth and the affected area for 10-20 minutes, spit out the oil and do no swallow it as it's now full of bacteria, then rinse the mouth out. The thick oil get between the teeth, into the roots and under the gumline and helps to pull out bacteria, thus eliminating pain and is also a great preventative for all of your teeth. Using Sea Salt water solution is also another great method and does the same thing, I like to alternate between the two. I've had a couple of teeth that were bugging me and are now perfectly fine due to these methods and one other thing. That thing is taking 500-1000mg daily of Horsetail herb or Silica! Han Posted 8/20/2010	In root filled teeth, the bacteria can also produce toxins which affect the organs. It would be nice to be able to regrow a missing tooth and it is possible. Ultrasound has been used to actually regrow teeth by stimulating the live root. It was expected to be out in the market by the end of 2009 but I guess we still have to wait a bit more until it becomes mainstream.
