My grandmother always told me there wasn't anything better for you than fresh air and sunshine and I played outside from sun up to until sundown and have never been on an antibiotic, never been anemic - even during pregnancy although I refused to ingest the synthetic prenatal vitamins, no high blood pressure, no diabetes, nothing. Ever. There will always be marketing to make a buck but the ideal way to get what you need is to understand that we belong in nature just as much as the animals. It is not only their natural habitat but ours as well. Go outside. Plant flowers. Mow your own lawn. Swim.

I have been taking the Wal-,mart variety Spring Valley brand D3 that is liquid caplets of 1000 IU each. I certainly don't want to be wasting my time and money on ineffective vitamins. What do you recommend?
