In this recording I remind you about some simple stable, saturated fats that can be used in your daily diet.
Whatever foods you do choose to consume, I recommend a 3/4 food rotation diet. It takes 72 hrs for your body to absorb, digest, assimilate and eliminate all foods. If you have an intolerance/allergy to any foods/products, you might not be able to know which one it is! Rotating your foods/fats, etc may help you to identify them.
Some people may not be able to tolerate certain butters or oils. Find out which stable oils and fats do serve you and those around you.
Please remember once you start to cook oils and fats if you heat them beyond their 'smoking point', they will become rancid, fetid and potentially carcinogenic.
Great oils/fats are: (organic)
Butter (low or no salt is best), lard, ghee, goose/duck fat, Coconut, avocado, olive to name eight. There may be more on the market that also have a high smoking point and are 'natural', which provide your body with all it's essential fats.
Coconut oil (MCT) is one of the best for inside and outside your body. If you do use olive oil I recommend low temperatures and or liberally on your salads. If you add turmeric to this oil, you can use it at higher temperatures.

Hi Smitty58, thank you for your message. There are quite a few good tests out there. I recommend a blood test. Not sure where you live, so here's some info...Do MRT (Mediator Release Test) For Food Reactivities. Food reactivities are primary Blocking Factors and must be eliminated. EthanDeMitchell@yahoo.com for USA Dorota Kurek dorotaiwon@gmail.com EUROPE As a guide, if you eat say chicken sunday night, finishing it off the following day is great. The 3-4 food rotation is a guide. Most people keep consuming the same foods/products daily and then may build up intolerances! Rarely do I make foods and keep them for days. Hey magnus! Really enjoy all the videos so far and feeling more empowered everyday. My question is about the whole food allergies/intolerances. Is there any type of test you recommend that you believe has a good track record? I am starting to keep a food log and although very annoying, pulse testing. Also, as part of the 3-4 day rotation you recommend how do you go about eating leftovers? Do you make large portions of each meal and save it, and eat it 3 days later? thanks as always, T.
