Are you a cereal killer? Do you feed your children a cereal laced with white flour (gluten), sugar, salt and then add pasteurised milk? If you do, you will be compromising your child’s health and if I may be so bold as to add… increase their chances of creating a host of Westerner’s dis-ease further down the line,including diabetes, cancer, CHD, etc.
Think about it… just because a cereal contains a Class A Drug and may be appointed to serve HM The Queen et al it doesn’t mean it will be of service nutritionally to them or you, or your child. In fact in order for any ‘normal’ killegg’s, Nestle, etc cereal to be absorbed, digested, assimilated and eliminated from your body it will take more than it delivers with reference to your ‘life line’: enzymes, bacteria, vitamins, minerals, trace elements, etc.
There is only one way to STOP yourself from becoming a medical statistic… TAKE CONTROL, TAKE RESPONSIBILITY, TAKE OWNERSHIP and only give your 60+ trillion body cells what they want.
In a nut shell that would be an invite to consume WHOLE, ALIVE, RAW FOODS! Anything that has been on the Human Being menu for millennia.
Cereals such as Amaranth, Millet (not too much it can slow down your thyroid), Quinoa, Buckwheat and or gluten free oats are MUCH SMARTER CHOICES. Remember to SPROUT all grains (8-12hrs) before cooking and then consuming them. Why not also consider consuming your previous main meal for your breakfast… that could be the remains from the evening meal the night before. Ensure it contains the right amounts of fat/s, proteins and carb’s. If you do not consume the right proportions of fats, proteins and carbohydrates, you’ll feel hungry, maybe have cravings, highs, lows, etc.
Please become MINDFUL about reading labels. ANYTHING WITH A SHELF LIFE will NOT have a SELF LIFE. If you are more ALIVE than that which you’re about to eat you have a SMARTER/BETTER choice to make.

Sprouting will release the Phytic Acid (mineral blocker - inhibits the absorption of CA, Mg, Fe, Cu and Zn) and inactivates the Aflatoxins too (produced by Fungi and are very toxic - potent carcinogens). Also by sprouting all grains, nuts & seeds you'll increase the content of vitmains C, B2, B5 and B6 and Carotene can increase 8 fold. Happy days:-)

Magnus, thanks, sprouting is quite new to me. Trial and error, i've had a few successes. At the moment i have some quinoa, oat groats and buckwheat in a bowl, the quinoa has already sprouted but the other are a little slow, this is now day 2!!

My understanding is that rice doesn't contain any gluten, however anyone who is gluten intolerant may not be able to handle even these grains! I would therefore go further and to say STOP eating all grains and only eat your garden veg, some fruits and local/organic meats. The not so wonderful thing about the gluten cereal I showed on this recording is that the nuts, seeds, etc are not 'spouted'! Is the porridge gluten free? It has to state that on the packet or you don't know if it was packaged, processed, etc in an environment containing wheat, barley, etc and therefore can't be labelled gluten free. Oats are 'meant' to be gluten free! Many thanks again for your feedback and Q's. NB. We sprout all our grains the night before consuming them

It is my understanding that you are correct Dr Organic, some people can handle Gluten, but depending on who you beLIEve many people will 'suffer' from the effect caused by two main proteins in gluten. As a general guide I would say remove all gluten for three months then have a day of only consuming foods like wheat, barley, rye etc and see how you feel. You raise some good points about Kallo...

I like his saying "if you are more alive than the food you are going to buy ..you have a better choice". I have been avoiding cereals for years after learning about living foods and their value. Keep up the good work, I hope more parents will look at this. I

Amazing work Magnus !! Is'nt gluten ok for some but not for others or is it detrimental for all ? If the KALLO cereal is wholegrain has'nt that got the 'gluten factor' also ? Gluten i need to do more research on. Just had a bowl of sprouted buckwheat porridge. At the 'super' market the two organics brands you highlighted magnus are the only ones i tend to buy, the muesli is really good. What is your opinion on porridge then ? Great video !!
