Your comments are incorrect on many levels. KC said nothing about adding artificial/synthetic pills or powders. Living Fuel products are all natural and have no synthetic additives. As for the truth about proteins and amino acids, recommend you read The Super Health Diet, Chapter 11, to learn. Name calling is juvenile, especially when untrue.

So what he is saying is that Mother Nature is not enough, so we need to add artificial/synthetic pills and powders? How about NOT!! This advice is a big no no...If you do a kale smoothie(bananas/kale) or spinach there is ton of amino acids(proteins) which is what you really want not proteins. This guy is caught in the protein lie. All this coming from a guy that is overweight.
