In this recording I invite you a journey to gain a greater understanding about your Habits/addictions. If it's true that 95% of our environment/Lifestyle creates our reality and health levels, then only once we become CONSCIOUS, can we make smarter choices.
We'd all agree prevention is better than curing a dis-ease, I mean why wait to become disabled, why not do something now?
Only once the MEANING of our health equals PLEASURE will we start to become the true change we want to see in this world. Think about it, without health, what else do you and I have to offer?
We also know that our body has the intrinsic, innate ability to heal us, if we put in the right 'fuel' and avoid all the toxins.
Who do you know that could be 'labelled' with 'Stinking Thinking'? They constantly vibrate with a ‘negative polarity’ to life, their surroundings, other people, the weather, etc. Their glass is not even half empty! In other words, their quality of life is determined by not only their 'physiology', but WHAT and HOW they focus on life.
Habit #1. Create thoughts that serve you
#2 "Remember how to breathe like a baby"
#3 "Drink good water daily"
#4 "Eat the foods right for you" I use Metabolic Typing:-)
#5 "Get to bed by 2200hrs"
#6 "Do some creative movement daily" - We were designed to be active and to move. In fact stillness would mean we were prey for someone or something else!
There are four other habits I have created and mention in this recording.
I challenge you to focus on one of these habits for four weeks and start daily to incorporate a 'positive polarity' mindset/behaviour/action to bring more balance in your life.
If you think about it, dis-ease is just a dis-balance with Nature. It's about finding your true Yin/Yang equilibrium.

Many thanks Taysia, My final four HABITS: Habit #7. “Be the source of fun and celebrate your success” Habit #8. “The definition of Insanity” Habit #9. “Self Discovery – Practice forgiveness of others and self” Habit #10. “Have a clear Purpose with an open loving heart and leave a Legacy behind you” Habit #8 means doing the same thing over and over again, but expecting a different result! In the "Info" heading of this video, you mentioned you were going to mention 4 more habits in addition to the 6 you have listed. The video stopped before you could mentioned the 4 additional habits.

The mail online had an article the other day- 'Cancer is a man-made disease,say scientists' The truth is getting out!! We are not even doctors/scientists and are waay ahead of them i feel. :-) Do you take a vitamin d3 supplement mangnus,if so,what dose?
