http://amberkeinath.5minutetour.com Natural Energy Sources vs. Junk Energy Drinks

Questions about energy drinks are pretty common now with all those energy drinks being sold in stores around the country. But, are they really healthy?

Conventional energy drinks are full of caffeine, sugar, and other harmful chemicals. This junk can lead to weight gain and the caffeine itself can cause irritability, rapid heart beat, increased blood pressure, and insomnia just to name a few.

What are some healthy versions of energy? Question of the day: What is your favorite way to energize yourself to get through the day? Leave me a comment and let me know!

Actually Xowii uses stevia not regular sugar and it uses natural whole food nutrition for natural energy. It doesn't have artificial ingredients or additives either and IS science based. Thanks for the comment though.

Amber- The Xowii energy drink has sugar, coffee berry extract (caffeine?) and guarna (which has the same caffeine effect of causing a stress reaction on your body). Like your other tips. There are natural supplements to give your body energy, and there is a relationship marketing company that is all natural AND science based. The energy drink they have is 0 calories, 0 Carbs, 0 sugars and 0 additives.
