In these days when MSG information is being silenced and cleansed from the internet (wikipedia goes out of the way to remove any mention of its toxicity) any bit of information is valuable. My own family's experience proves that MSG is everywhere, including non-processed foods such as produce. Being extremely sensitive, I feel presence of even trace amounts of MSG by severe migraines, muscle and joint pain, cold-like symptoms, pain in lower abdomen and feeling of stiffness in the face and neck area. One after another our family had to stop consuming not just processed food, but some raw ingredients! But recently I have been getting those symptoms from eating eggplants, cherries, blueberries and strawberries. They are apparently being sprayed with MSG solution at the farms or during packaging. I am 56 years old this year and have removed MSG and autolyzed and hydrolyzed anything from my diet. I went from 3-4 crippling headaches a month to none! Zero! I have been doing this for 15-20 years. It works for me. I try to tell my migraine prone friends how bad MSG is and how to avoid it. It requires a lot of label reading and a little discipline. This is an emotional issue for me. Aurelia Posted 3/9/2012 5:17:10 AM	Wow I knew it was bad, but I didn't know it was that bad. I'm also shocked by the fact so many intelligent and highly educated people are talking about the dangers of these toxins in our foods, yet so many people still deny it.
