I love this core strengthener exercise! I've been doing it now several times a week for the past few weeks and no longer experience lower back fatigue! Thank you! Also, please give Sarah a mat or towel for her little knees/arms/hands...itchy grass! xo

This may be the answer to back pain. This is a way to get stronger and correct any weakness due to lack of physical activity. A focus on the right exercise will improve posture, and balance. Thanks, for making tthis exercise easy to follow.

Agreed core is very important. I was in a back brace for 8 months. Core was very weak & was like spaghetti. Physical therapy was a start but continued with core strength & have no issues.
