Really cute video. :) I'm going to have to break out the ole dehydrator again now! I loved to dehydrate coconut, bananas and pineapple. I always wondered if my bananas were dehydrated properly because they weren't "crisp" like a banana chip. Now I know they were done right! Dehydrated fruit doesn't last long enough in this household though :D
