emilycatherine Posted 1/24/2012 6:58:16 PM	I assumed from the title that this segment was going to provide food sources, not supplements! Oh, well. I get plenty from sunlight, mushrooms, and fortified vegan foods.
Solunas Posted 1/27/2011 7:30:43 AM	An olive oil base is fine for a high-potency liquid drops type of supplement. I use one with 2000 IU per drop and put them under the tongue for best absorption. It's really about the potency - but yes I'd stay away from anything with soybean oil.
Inkogniko Posted 1/6/2011 5:08:40 PM	Sorry , maybe i don't understand it right (i'm from german) but you say the "low-end" companys use olive oil in their vitamin D caps , is this so bad? I searched here in germany a while for oil capsules and then i found this with olive oil and ordered it.
