No wonder! I had such painful migraines as a child. Liver, cooked of course, was the one food my family COULD NOT EVER get me to eat. I'd take a bite and feel nauseas right away, after a few bites painful migraine. Gerson himself recommended raw liver. I went raw long ago, but recently added raw liver, and it's just about the easiest food ever to digest! :p
