An incredible machine I bought called the Easy Green Auto-Sprouter seems pricey but it does everything it claims. All you do is add water once each day, that's it. Very low power(Apartment total bill 35.00/mo); Adjustable number of water sprays, you can add minerals, easy to clean, grow one flat or 5 different trays, start garden plants with soil, etc. In a power failure pinch you can still grow sprouts in it and rinse like in this video. I get so many spouts that I store them submersed in filtered water in a covered bowl in the frig. Still, a good video for those who can't afford the sprouter machine or don’t have power.
Jamison Posted 2/19/2011 11:03:14 PM	thanks! Appreciate the comments. Yes that type of salt would work. Make sure it's completely diluted in the water... maybe put it in the sun for a bit to ionize it. The sauce was a raw honey dijon with garlic. ;]

drorganic Posted 2/18/2011 2:31:41 AM	Great video, great music, love all the sprouting jars. With regards to adding minerals could you add a pinch of himalayan salt ? What did you pour over the sprouts at the end ?
