I agree it is diet cause but till that gets corrected . baking soda in the pure water 1/2 in glass clean water 3x day. ma haung herb is as good as inhaler art

I also have had asthma since I was very young. I found that my body is allergic to many things, as my lungs are very sensitive. Plants from my garden can set off asthma. As I trim and prune branches from certain plants, I might inhale small particles from the plant which my body reacts to. Putting a mask on helps. My body does adjust to what is acceptable, though. I can help it to understand and overcome these attacks by being very aware of my breath and what I become exposed to, everyday. Allowing my body to sense a great variety of smells really helps. It's like allowing it to open up to the natural smells around me. I enjoy hiking, and the different plants I come across. Eating wild honey, or just a variety of home grown fruits, veggies, and herbs, even in natural teas, helps my body to overcome the allergic reactions from the shock of new smells. Also, exercise is important. It creates a stronger heart and lung system that everyday activities become easy, without the burden
