One thing I wanted to pass on is that sea salt is not necessarily the best salt. Check out Real Salt (Redmonds Real Salt). Good salt is either pink or grey in color, looks dirty and contains many trace minerals not found in sea salt. Thanks for sharing your wonderful recipe!
