Simple message – Never apply anything to your skin unless you could eat it! The sad fact is many producers/marketers tell you, you won’t be ‘happy’ unless you use their deodorant, hair spray, foundation, makeup, toilet spray, etc, etc.
Once you apply a chemical onto your body, over 60% will be absorbed, so you might as well have eaten it anyway!
There are more and more manufacturers that are starting to LISTEN to their conscious customers, who like me, are demanding products that are closer to nature.
If you’d like to gain more KNOWLEDGE about the “10 Toxic Ingredients to avoid” then click on this webpage and you’ll find a FREE Adobe attachment (83.2K PDF) you can print off. http://www.mtenergie.com/howdoistart.asp
We truly have created a very toxic world, however as EMPOWERED MINDFUL consumers we can vote with where we spend our £ & $ & Euros, by only purchasing those products that Mother Nature intended. I invite you to choose ORGANIC, but please do read the labels and make SMARTER choices. Just because the label states it’s organic, it doesn’t mean that it’s healthy for you! An example would be SLS. I have known some organic manufactures still use Sodium Laureth (or Lauryl) Sulfate. This is toxic, used to degrease car engines and strip paint!
Only by applying your KNOWLEDGE can it become POWER.
Have fun, sending love

Jason did set out to franchise his juicing and corner business, but the change in climate may have played a huge part in his growth. Many thanks Spence, I appreciate your feedback. I do my best at finding humour in one crazy world; hell bent on destroying is garden and its inhabitants in the name of profit. I think there's some truth in the diet and BO front. I do laugh when I think about the times I spent buying dysfunctional toilet sprays. I was a typical unconscious consumer. Keep sharing your gifts, love and light Magnus

Ha, thanks Magnus... GRAS... oh right i get you now.:-) Maybe individual isolated nutrients may not be saf but nutrients taken together as a whole food that's the way to go. Mother nature knows the formulas better than any human being ever will. There are so many factors to think about with say an apple and how this effects the human body. Yes my new juicer will not heat up or anything like that, it's all cold pressed.happy days indeed. Tell jason to open up a juice bar in East Kilbride shopping centre. We are getting a new burger king and also locally a new mcdonalds...hurrah...:-/ we already have these outlets, oh and KFC also.

You know, I think you are right about not wearing deodorant. I'm working on the diet and abit away from being pure as your diet :), but I will give it a try, although it does appear that that after the initial stench(after not wearing commercial antiperspirant), that I have been going longer(i.e. 2 days if unshowered). I'm sure the better the diet the less pit rasp, so will continue to get better as I know that I 'have a smarter choice to make'. My initial post was truncated-- I had on there about how much I appreciate your videos, your candor, and the obvious love for your wife and child-- good stuff, you are an inspiration! Many thanks

Many thanks for your info Spence. It sounds like you've been on an interesting journey to find what works. Q: Do you need to wear deodorant? My wife uses a rock crystal called "Salt of the Earth", but she teaches Yoga a few times a day. I don't wear any deodorants! I shower once a day and I eat only local and or organic foods, drink at least 2+ litres of H2O daily, etc. Find what works best for you. Create a great loving week. Magnus

For deodorant I have been using Zinc and Baking Soda via trial and error.. At first I used just baking soda(I ran out of my Right Guard, so figured I'd go one more step into 'natural'), but that caused pain after the 2nd day and took a week or so to go away. Anyway-- after all said and done I am using this roll-on http://www.mynaturalmarket.com/dr-clark-roll-on-zinc-oxide-deodorant-3-oz.html I then dab a mixture of 2 parts cornstarch and 1 part baking soda after the roll on, let it dry, then put on a shirt(the roll-on didn't quite cut it at first). Now, it seems a little messy at this point, but works great! My next step is to get my own bottle and combine all ingredients, minus cornstarch first probably, so I can just do 1 application as with 'normal' deodorant. I must say though, the first couple of days I nearly gave up as I was completely rancid for whatever reason, possibly the pits were getting rid of what I had clogged them with for 30 years. After the first couple o

Hey Dr Organic, More Q's than answers. My heart goes out to the US public about S510. I call it a joke without humour. Anything that's supported by Corporate, Big Pharma et al, but not organic, local farmers says it all. That's new to me - Pine Needle tea. I'll check it out, thank you. GRAS - Generally Regarded As Safe. I have a list of E numbers longer than your arm that are regarded as safe, not true! Some nutrients may be. I've met jason Vale - The Juice Master and he's hot on these machines. Not sure about yours, sounds impressive. As the saying goes, the proof is always in the pudding. As long as heat and high pressures are not added it may well hold the key natural ingredients from the foods. Happy days:-)

Magnus did you see the 'food safety' bill has apparently been passed in America ?
Posted 11/30/2010 12:19:17 PM
Magnus do you know you can make pine needle tea in the winter, juice also by blending the pine in some water and them straining it with a nut milk bag. The pine releases a chemical that i sused in tamiflu and other anti virals. Interesting. I had some pine needle tea last night.

I have a shower filter also and a water filter for my drinking water. I got those from UK water filters, great company. I got the keep your own tap water filter. I'm not keen on reverse osmosis. Yeah those fragrance things, totally ludicrous how we are poisoned on so many levels, thankfully i have been aware of all this for years due to my naturopathic studies. Yeah i goto the gym 5 times week and have not used deodorant in YEARS, i smell perfectly ok, i believe people that smell bad actually are TOXIC, people that are not toxic or much less so will NOT smell of anything, that has been my experience anyway. Deodorants are a great big con and a total waste of human resources.

Hi Magnus, good to see you again...yeah i looked at my sisters shampoo the other night :-O I was like who okay's all this stuff and where does it all get produced from and WHY ? It seems like so much overkill for something that just needs to wash your hair ? Madness. I'm buying an omega 8006 juicer to replace my Philips centrifugal. Your thoughts on that Magnus, a good investment ? As for personal cleaning products i will recommend Auromere ayurvedic soap from iherb, the main ingredient is coconut oil and no nasties, all herbs and it's really cheap !! What's not to like. :-)
