His clients include Olympic Gold Medalists Sidney Crosby (Olympic Hockey and Stanley Cup winner), Dara Torres (Olympic Swimmer), Hayley Wickenheiser (Olympic Hockey), and World Silver Medalist Skater Patrick Chan. Thanks so much for sharing this video! I got excited when learning of Andy O'Brien and his approach toward functional, balanced MOVEment. The community I'm building is called "Move To Be Fit" due to injuries that set me back in my endeavors as a new multi-sport athlete. Sitting it out for 8 weeks lead me into my current path in fitness, health and well-being.
