Hussein Posted 7/31/2010	Ms Nadine, although I am a young dentist myself, I really enjoy watching your talk about the oral health, it is so educational to the people. And yea, all, make sure to get rid of the fluoride toothpastes. And of course if your tap water has fluoride, definitely buy an appropriate filtration system. I don't live in the US, so we don't drink water from the tap. But again we have the problem of the bottled water drinking. Thanks so much for the good information.
veggeeskweezers Posted 7/30/2010	a big thank you for the no-nonsense information on this and your other videos on oral care. wish "my dentist" and others would get on board with some of these ideas. think i'll just start daily cleaning my own teeth thanks to your 8-steps video. was so proud of my two sons the other day. they went to the dentist for a yearly tooth cleaning. we have discussed fluoride toxicity for some time now, thanks to info from Mike Adams and others. i encouraged them this time to politely refuse the fluoride treatment at the end, as well as requesting a non-fluoride paste at the polishing stage. they (ages 12 and 15) were a bit nervous but did so as we had rehearsed before they went. the cleaning tech was taken aback and a bit upset, but did honor their requests. little by little we can make a difference.
