Good video and good ideas. I'm concerned about leaving liquid in the blender carafe overnight. The blade assembly includes a bearing and some grease and some seals. We don't want the seals to fail and the grease to leak into the food, or the liquid to leak into the bearing. I would check with Vitamix and see if they have anything to say about leaving liquid in a carafe with the blade assembly for 10 hours. Also driving the blade assembly when cold (32 degrees) may not be a good idea.

Good video- I also like the fact that you posted an ingredient list. Looks like a lot of work- but well worth it. Thanks for the tip about preparing and freezing ingredients in separate bags ahead of time. That will save a lot of work on a busy morning trying to get out the door to go to work.

I didn't have any problems watching the video. Good picture and sound, and professional quality- both the editing and the way it was made in general. I love the fact the you posted an ingredient list- it makes it easier for me to know how to make the same smoothie that you did. And I REALLY love the fact that you didn't include any background music. (Not all of us like rock music.)

Even though there is a lot prep for this smoothie it looks really good. I'm going to try it because it looks so good and I have a Vitamix:-)

Great stuff. I was doing the exact same breakfast drink until I realized I would do much better on buffalo meat in the morning and a bowl of oats and maca. More than 3 ounces of fruit does not agree with me in the morning. Animal fat seems to be the best fuel for me. Bacon gives me endless energy. Fruit gives me just enough energy to get to work and I crash before even starting to work. My work days last from a minimum of 9 hours to 14 hours. Without the animal fat, I can't do more than a 4 hour day. My ancestors seemed to be heavy red meat eaters.

Hi, this is the Health Ranger. Just letting you know that your video content is great, but the video and audio output is highly compressed and the audio quality is pretty poor. If you can choose a higher bitrate for your videos in the future, they'll look better and sound better. Keep up the great work! - Mike
