Ask Dr. Bob: The best way to create healthy lunches from my perspective is to have your child help you shop and make their own lunches. This way the child is participating and will more than likely eat what they have made; try chicken thighs, burgers either chicken or turkey without bread. A yam or baked sweet potato with cinnamon is a good mid glycemic food group. If you were to contact us at customercare@druglessdoctor.com we can have the formula we use to make a natural electrolyte product. Leg cramps at night are best helped with calcium citrate or lactate, leg cramps on a hot day suggest a need for all minerals. Leg cramps upon walking and with low back pain may suggest stenosis in the low back area (squeezing the lower lumbar area). Cysts on breast can be managed by applying liquid iodine to the breast tissue. B6 will help trigger fingers I would suggest 150 mg a day for three months. A spur on the back may create lumbar pain, but eating food which causes inflammation can continue to create distress; citrus, sweet fruits, grains and dairy may in fact cause pain. www.druglessdoctor.com or www.druglessdrs.com
