Ask Dr Bob: Migrating Burning Spots—Iodine Sensitivity—Itchy Patch on Leg—Green Food Challenges—Burning Eyes—Dandruff—How Lemon Water Works

I have noticed migrating pains can be traced back to food sensitivity; pain which stays in one joint is typically a joint challenge. I use Cytozyme Parotid from Biotics for challenges with Iodine. Itchy skin usually suggests a need for calcium; this was the first time we had this question. We use a product to assist in Parathyroid function metabolism---having parathyroid hormone levels and Vitamin D would be also good. Green food challenges may suggest a very acid pH in the body; try eating those foods heated either steamed, sautéed or stir fried. Dandruff has been helped with Omega 3 oils; we use both a plant precursor oil and marine oils for dandruff. It may be a thought to have an EFA blood spot test to see what oils you do in fact need. Lemon water promotes optimal digestion. www.druglessdoctor.com or www.druglessdrs.com
