Dr. Donald D. Mayfield has been a practitioner in the natural health field for circa 40 years. He started in Ohio originally and moved to Florida in 1978. Except for almost 3 years in Arizona he has over 30 years of working with natural health concepts seeing patients, doing lectures and teaching seminars. He has appeared on several television shows as well as spoken on many radio broadcasts.
Dr. Mayfield earned a BA degree in counseling psychology, a BS in applied clinical nutrition, a MA in counseling psychology and an MDiv in theology. He has a degree as a naturopathic medical doctor, NMD and a doctor of Oriental medicine, DOM.
Advanced designations include Fellows in clinical nutrition and acupuncture, Diplomates in homeopathic medicine and psychotherapy.
Dr. Mayfield has traveled abroad studying in England and Austria as well as seven study trips to Germany to learn German energetic medicine. He has also traveled to Mexico and Canada on several occasions to learn advanced homeopathic medicine.
Over the years he has been a member of and held offices in several professional associations. He has received several awards in the different areas of study. |
